Refund policy

1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Unboxing video is compulsory for any return claim

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

You can confirm your return address with us via WhatsApp or email before sending the item.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

  • We do not charge any restocking fee


3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Contact us within 7 days and provide:

  • Clear pictures of the product

  • Complete unboxing video (required)

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement if approved.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or

  • The product is damaged/defective

An unboxing video is compulsory for exchange approval.

Exchanges are not allowed for size change, change of mind, or personal preference.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued within 3–7 working days

  • Refund will be transferred to:

    • Any Pakistan bank account

    • Easypaisa

    • JazzCash

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
